  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital services sales and client management
  • Experience in B2B and B2C e-commerce
  • Experience in proposing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM software
